Refund Policy

At EnglishFun, we want you and your child to be completely satisfied with our learning platform. If for any reason you’re not happy with your paid subscription, this refund policy explains how you can request a refund and what to expect.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Free Trial:
- All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial for the Monthly Plan and a 30-day free trial for the Yearly Plan. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, we do not offer refunds on monthly plans.
Annual Subscriptions:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first annual payment. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds on annual plans.
All Requests Must:
- Originate from the account holder’s registered email address.
- Include date of purchase and reason for the refund request.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact Us:
- Email contact@englishfun.com with the subject line: “Refund Request.”
Provide Details:
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Subscription type (Monthly or Annual)
- Date of purchase
- Brief reason for your request
Confirmation & Processing:
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Partial and Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a subscription beyond the initial 7- or 14-day refund window.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancelling prevents future charges but does not automatically issue a refund unless requested within the eligible period above.
